“This is a small, cute coffee table with storage and five drawers. It has more storage space than you would think. It is ideal for a small living room like ours. It arrived two days before the delivery date which was a great surprise. We live in the North of Scotland and there are companies who seem to think Inverness is too far away to deliver. Home Done is not one of these and I would certainly use them again.”

“I made a purchase but they didn't send me a confirmation email, after a few days they sent me an email to review it, I was indignant considering that I hadn't received any confirmation email and hadn't even received the item, I got worried and decided to send an email to Home Done to complain, finally they ended up sending me the order number, a few days later I receive a message from Vida XL saying that they will make the delivery, through DPD on 1/18/2023, which I did not understand very well considering that I had made the purchase at Home Done, and finally I received the item, when I opened the box I found the styrofoam all torn apart and stuck to the furniture, I had a great deal of work to remove them, when checking the furniture I realized that the furniture was falling apart and one of the drawers was damaged, I returned it the same day they said they would send me an email with the details of my return so far I have not received anything, I sent an email again to complain they also did not respond to me until now The. I don't recommend this site because if you have a problem with the item they simply don't want to know.”
“Ordered a chest of drawers. Frisky it was an excellent price and compared extremely well to other sites. The two boxes arrived within BBC a week or ordering. All the boys were there and well labelled and the instructions were clear and I was able to put it together fairly easily (and I’m not brilliant at these things!). Looks great now too. “The service was very good but the purchase was for furniture that was flat packed. When I came to put on the final door I was a hinge short! So annoying. I reported the problem and it has been acknowledged... just not sure how long it will be before the missing piece is forwarded to me.

“Sadly the coffee table was very poorly made out of cheap light orange box wood. The staples on one side did not even go into the base of the tank and large gaps and chips. For something that was supposed to be discounted from over £200 to £159 it’s not even worth £40. Very disappointed with this poorly made product.”
