“I was looking to buy a bose sound 10. I found Home Av Direct on google , while I was searching the best price . Bose 10 at Home av Direct is 127£ , while at Argos is 150£ , Currys pc 160£ and Bose official 170£ . So you do the math , it was very easy to make my choice . I was skeptical at the begining , because I ve never heard about this company , but i started looking for reviews and historical about them and I said : I should give them a chance . Initially I ordered a white product , but customer service got in touch with me and told me they have only on black , so I accepted the black colour. The employee from customer service was very helpfull , and the next day I received the product with dpd free of charge . Thank you guys , keep doing the best job with amazing prices !”

“I can’t grumble too much, the price was the cheapest I could find, most of the items I ordered turned up really quickly. The only issue I had was one item wasn’t in stock, it was ordered direct from the supplier supposedly to my house but it went to Home AV warehouse instead. I had to ring twice, one to check why the item was missing and second to tell them it had been delivered to the wrong place which turned out to be their warehouse. An quick email to keep me informed would have been better but the staff were friendly and knew exactly what was going on. Overall I’m pretty happy and I would use them again.”

“The stuff i wanted, (which a high street chain seemed unable to get for me, despite the promises on their website) at a good price and delivered really quickly in perfect condition (thanks to DPD for delivery, too!) Easy friendly service, and i'd be happy to buy from Home AV Direct again, and recommend them to friends.”
