“Ordered a Bose speaker for a really good price. Upon arrival (which was really quick) I'd changed my mind and returned the item on the same day. I phoned customer services a couple of days later to acknowledge they had received the item and found them really helpful. I was issued a full refund very promptly. Great company to deal with, would highly recommend.”

“RECIEVED PART OF MY ORDER ON TIME AND AN E-MAIL INFORMING ME THAT THE SECOND PART WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT DUE IN AFEW DAYS. i RECEIVED THE SECOND PART THE DAY AFTER IT WAS DUE IN STOCK. I THINK I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE E-MAIL SOONER THAN HAVING RECIEVED MY FIRST PARCEL AT THE SAME TIME AS THE E-MAIL”

“fast delivery and great price, great piece of kit and quality. could have done with operating manual though, had to try different buttons to find out how to optimize best sound. once figured out though amazing sound, connected virgin box but found delay causing picture to black out 3-5 sec when pause or rewind and other functions went back to direct in to tv with optical cable coming out. overall a great cinema sound effect and great fm radio, would recommend Home Av Direct as well very punctual”
