“Ordered a Bose speaker for a really good price. Upon arrival (which was really quick) I'd changed my mind and returned the item on the same day. I phoned customer services a couple of days later to acknowledge they had received the item and found them really helpful. I was issued a full refund very promptly. Great company to deal with, would highly recommend.”

“RECIEVED PART OF MY ORDER ON TIME AND AN E-MAIL INFORMING ME THAT THE SECOND PART WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT DUE IN AFEW DAYS. i RECEIVED THE SECOND PART THE DAY AFTER IT WAS DUE IN STOCK. I THINK I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE E-MAIL SOONER THAN HAVING RECIEVED MY FIRST PARCEL AT THE SAME TIME AS THE E-MAIL”
