“I've never been a fan of online shopping but dealing with a company like Home AV Direct just takes all that worry away. The website was easy to use and informative, I had a couple of questions so called the store and placed my order. When I had a notification from DPD of a delivery issue their end because of my house being a new build, they even got involved and arranged for me to collect from the DPD depot. No wonder the high street is struggling when you get a 10/10 online service like this. Thanks guys!!!!”
