Despite being in on the day of the delivery, the first I knew my parcel was delivered, was finding it on my front path, thankfully not stolen by a passerby!

UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! Tried to Return a £750 JBL soundbar, They arranged DPD to collect and DPD subsequently lost part of the package, now Home Av direct customer services are saying unless DPD find missing part of package Im only getting a partial refund!!!! Absolute disgrace as I have provided them with photographic evidence of the parcel intact in the back of the DPD van!!! And have proof of postage! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, now going to have to take them to small claims court to get my money back!!! Customer service number just rings and they dont answer!

Advise others to avoid. Asked for discount. After lot of begging given £20 off £1100 spend. A few days later the price of the speakers dropped from £800 to £600. Absolutely ruined any enjoyment from them. On top of this the sub woofer top has several long scratchces across the black surface. Supposedly new and unboxed. Will never shop from these people again.

The aftersales is terrible they bully you to scared to return an item saying they will deduct money or return the item at customers expense will never use this company again

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a bose wall mount which was showing in stock at the time of order only to receive an email the day before delivery that this item was not in stock . I received the email at the end of the day which gave me no time to reply to the email and hopefully rectify this problem before delivery date. Definitely will not use again found to be very unprofessional

Ordered 5 meters of Qed micro cable and unfortunately got 3 meters of something else ?? Cheap rubbish cable not happy

When I ordered I was told 1-3 days. After many calls and many excuses by staff, the item eventually arrived 9 days later.

I bought subwoofer from this company and that is my first and last transaction with it. Subwoofer Klipsch SPL-150 described as used but like new arrived with fault. Extremely loud inside noise from back panel or amplifier. I did make a video which clearly shows how it works and send it back to AV Online. After few days Av Online try blame me for that fault “because you not use uk power cable” and not refunded full amount. I have other Klipsch R-115SW subwoofer which works perfectly on this cable anyway I use both of them. Also I use Klipsch wireless subwoofer kit and cable for signalling it. I highly not recommended this place to buy pre-owned items, that was customer return not inspected properly. Avoid this place to safe your wallet and your peace of mind.

Processed order and payment when they had no product in stock. Very poor and payment should only be taken once they know that the order can be fulfilled. Still waiting for refund although had an email confirming refund will be processed. Think they need to review their stock control process.

A day after receiving my wireless speaker I wish to return it as as the sound was not as expected. Unfortunately my daughter had damaged the box in which it came. I spoke to the returns department and was told it would probably be ok but need a 25% handling fee, and then they called me back to say they wouldn't receive the return at all.

You advertised a product you didn't have in stock. You confirmed delivery took my money and then decided to tell me you didn't have it in stick and you couldn't supply it at all !!!!

I had decided to order what I thought was a set of 2 speakers (given the price, the only site to offer a speaker at the price of two from the competition...) from them, as the site seemed to have good press. In the end it was only one speaker, so it's specified on the article page but you have to have a magnifying glass and be ready to read a whole novel to find the information. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, which was done except that the return shipping costs were at my expense and my contact there, not very pleasant, didn't want to hear anything. So the site ships correctly, the contacts respond quickly, but be careful what you order.

You should only display products that are in stock. And you need to be much quicker dealing with orders that there is a problem with. Terrible service
