I still have not received my CD player over a week later. I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. That request was refused even though I am legally entitled to one. The issue is still unresolved and your customer service has not dealt well with the problem.

Product does not work at all. I think it may have been a used/seconds item re-packaged This company doesn't reply to emails - Very poor service!

I received a damaged item. Terrible Customer service. I was promised next day delivery replacement. This did not happen. I emailed Customer service regarding this and I did not get a reply until 5 days later stating that there was no replacement. I asked for advice on an alternative and I didn't get it. This is just a brief outline of my frustrations dealing with your company. I have no intention of ever purchasing anything from your company again.

After confirming the order, taking ful payment and sending me a dispatch confirmation I then received an email telling me that what I had ordered was unavailable and I needed to pick a different combination. With no cables provided. Got charged extra for cables and still didn't have cables for the amplifier to subwoofer. This was disappointing because when I made my initial order it was for a full set including amplifier and all associated cables. The forced "upgrade" was not my decision. Extremely poor way of treating customers by forcing an up sell and still not providing necessary cables for the system to be installed. You have lost me as a customer from my first interaction. Definitely not getting any recommendations from me.

Ordered and paid for Klipsch speaker and was given DPD tracking to track delivery only to find out that the speaker was out of stock. Very bad experience, then rang the store and was promised that someone will call back and let me know when the speaker will be sent. After calling them for several days and still no speaker had to cancel the order and ask for refund. Need to keep the customer informed if things go wrong and not give empty promises.

How can an item be despatched at 10 am and then be out of stock at 1pm? How can you ever expect potential customers to trust a company that blatantly lies?

Hi Susi, I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service team who explained that the headphones you ordered are not fully compatible with Apple devices. As displayed clearly on the product page, the volume button function does not work with Apple devices. Kind regards, Support Team

My Bose headphones arrived with the box badly crushed, as they’d been posted in only a postage bag. Also, the right ear-cup wasn’t assembled very well. I returned them, as the headphones were bought as a gift. Once Home AV Direct had received them, I had to wait two weeks for my refund, because “that’s the policy”. This is completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. It might be their policy, but on the basis of my receiving damaged / faulty goods, I’m sure it’s not impossible to speed up the refund process on occasions such as this.
