“You get a really good insight into the quality of customer service of a company by what it does when things go wrong. I ordered an AV amp from Home AV Direct which was delivered next day as promised, only they sent me the wrong item. Contacted them by phone, got an instant response and Bobby was brilliant in how he resolved it. He dealt with it personally, rang me back with updates as he promised to and had the correct item dispatched to me that day. All my calls were greeted with a smile, he could not have been more helpful and the correct item arrived the next morning. Really impressed with Home AV Direct, and would definitely buy from them again.”

“The price was very competitive, PayPal payment was very simple and the goods were dispatched quickly. My only minor grumble was that for some reason the delivery didn't automatically pop up in the DPD app, I had to use the reference no. sent via email through their website, other than that no complaints and would buy from again if the price was right!”
