“When I ordered my Onkyo AV I did not realise that it had been returned by another customer, totally my mistake because it did say that it was an open box, I really should have looked a bit closer before buying, that said I got it with free next day delivery and I have had it for more than a week and everything is working great so I’m happy. I am pretty sure that all that was said on the Website was that it was an open box and no details as to why. I will deal with this company again.”

“I called Home AV Direct to confirm if they had stock of the Bose 700 soundbar and 700 subwoofer which they confirmed they did and was ready for dispatch with next day delivery. I placed the order immediately however the order did not arrive the next day. I contacted Home AV to be informed that there was an issue with the DPD delivery and that I should expect the delivery the next day. So 2 days on no delivery arrives again. I call to cancel the order and request a refund to be informed that part of the delivery has been dispatched (soundbar) but no subwoofer and should have the subwoofer after 9th April. Needless to say I laughed at this outfit and informed them I will not accept delivery of part items and to provide me a refund. Refund given and the Bose purchased from another company.”
