“DPD lost my parcel! However Dubs at AV was super helpful and organised a replacement for the next day as item was a gift. Great communication from all staff i spoke with regarding my lost item. Would definitely buy from AV again.”

“It was disappointing when I orderedy item I was informed it would take 3 days, all in all it took 3 weeks. They kept me informed of why and when but only when I phoned them to ask.”

“I bought a chord dac from av direct, and was getting a recorded delivery, but I wasn’t in so I rung I think the owner who said he’d have it recorded the following day, and he was as true as his word, I Carnot praise av direct enough!!!!”

Hi, All free cables are attached to the exterior of the product box so that the original product seal is not broken. As a result the cable must have fallen off in transit, please get in contact with us providing your order details and we can send out another cable. Many thanks Rob Home Av Direct
