“Driver waiting at arrivals, helped with getting luggage and the wheelchair in the boot. No help at our accommodation.
Female driver when leaving our accommodation was superb. Put our 2 cases in the boot and put the wheelchair in too. When we arrived at departures at the airport she took the right hand lane to take us right outside departures and helped us to sort out our assistance, no surprise that her tip was twice as much as I gave the driver when we arrived for our holiday.”

“i have been using holiday taxis for some years now and always been very pleased with the service but this time not so good waited 20 mins for it to turn up the driver was a nice chap not sure if the business has changed hands but it just was not the same service as usual. There will be no bad review on trip advisor and i will give you the benefit of it just being a bad day but it was not up to your usual standards”

“Hi people going to Turkey and most of different countries they don't have line to call and confirm pickup points and time but hotel provide Internet or people can buy Internet why not provide WhatsApp facilities so we can communicate it better and easier I did complain last year but still not get results
