“The booking procedure is easy, the transfer itself was great, except the driver cursing in Greek. But the service on the phone is awful! Disrespectful, not helpful at all, with a bad attitude, especially when contacting them in English. They literally dropped the phone on me. But when I had someone to call in Greek, it was slightly better - still with an awful attitude though. No politeness at all, I know it is not Holidaytaxis, but Lord Travel who is managing the transfers, but they definitely need to work on their attitude over the phone, and teach the drivers some basic manners.”
“Great service - met at airport and driven straight to holiday accommodation. Our flight was delayed by an hour but no issue to the taxi firm. delighted with service”
“Great service - was able to change the address for my booking easily on the chat function and the taxi arrived on time. Driver was delightful - would recommend”
“The cars arrived promptly and were great big SUVs as stated in the booking. The air conditioning was great and the drivers were very helpful putting the cases into the car. Nice smooth drive . Thanks for the excellent service. Special mention to Jessica who picked us up from the hotel.”
“This service was punctual and efficient. The driver was waiting at the assigned place at the airport on arrival. The return journey from the hotel was stress free as the driver arrived a few minutes early and we had plenty of time at the airport prior to departure.”
“Absolutely shocking service I booked this months ago only to find which we met the rep our booking wasn't on the system.
Had to wait more that 30 minutes to get this fixed the whole point of booking a private transfer is that you are you are not waiting around at the airport.”
“1st driver was speeding and on phone. swerving in and out of the road,
return driver picked up a random man near airport which scared the wife and child ??”
“A disappointing start as our car wasn't there when we landed however after a call to the agent a gentleman found us and made arrangements for a car to pick us up. The car then arrived promptly and we had a smooth transfer to our hotel.
Our return journey was much smoother with car arriving early and an easy transfer to the airport.”
“I have been trying to get in touch with holiday taxis regarding an issue relating to the non apppearance of the driver when we arrived at our desination at Palma airport in the early hours of 25th August 2025. Due to the late hour the office was closed and after trying to contact the driver we were left stranded and had no option but to go outside and book another taxi.
Despite having tried to contact the office regarding a refund we are no further forward. Would I book them again? No. It was as cheap to book a taxi outside the airport.”
