“We should have been picked up at the port at 9.30 nobody arrived along with other couples who where in the same position.
After phone calls and text messages we where collected 1hour 30 min late,if we hadnt rang nobody would have collected us not good enough.”
“When I arrived at the pickup point at the airport at approx 9.30pm it was closed with a sign saying so although there was a woman inside. She told me they finish transfers finished at 10pm. When questioned why there was no one to take me to my hotel as I had paid for this service, I was told that it was quiet and the drivers had all gone home (they should have had me on the list of arrivals). She then got on the phone and got a driver to come back and take me to my hotel so everything was sorted. If they stop transfers at 10pm it should be included on the paperwork you send the customer. The woman and driver were very friendly and helpful even though there was a problem.”
“The return transfer to Barcelona airport (over a hour away) did not arrive and was told that there was nothing they could do. I am still yet to even receive acknowledgment from them or my refund. Would never use again.”
