“Things started well. Our plane was late but the driver was still waiting and delivered us to the hotel safely. The return not so good. No taxi turned up. I spent 20 minutes on the phone, three failed attempts where I got through, was put on hold for 5 minutes before ending up being cut off. Finally I got through to a very helpful chap who got in touch with the driver personally and phoned me back with an arrival time. 45 minutes late in the end, and it's only 25 minutes to the airport. I,m assuming we got missed, forgotten. Not a brilliant performance!”

We booked and paid prior for our transfer to the airport in Rome.
But they didn't show up.
We had to take contact ourselves. First there was a lot of traffic and later there was a car breakdown.
They didn't want to sent another taxi so we had to arrange the transfer to the airport ourselves.”

We were staying in one of the most well known hotels in the city and surely his office should have provided this information. Also we phoned to change the time of the pick up but this didn?t get passed on to the driver.”
