“Arrival at Naples was on time, no person visible with our name, having circled the arrivals hall, which is fairly compact, 15 times, called the number for the agent. No reply, then engaged. Eventually an answer from a person who asked us to forward the voucher by what's App. Really helpful person, who then advised that it was another company who had the job. After 45 minutes we were greeted by a very personable young lady who took us inside to a desk. The rudest lady I have ever come across then started to lambast us, shouting "where have you been", when we explained that we had been in the arrivale hall, had spoken to another agent, and even spoken to the number in England, she started again, absolutely unnecessary, and had my wife very distressed, there is no way anybody was waiting to greet us. However, the driver was then called and the transfer was very comfortable and pleasant, in a nice car with a very polite and understanding driver, who was not impressed with the reception we had just received from the agent in the airport.”
“I would usually give 4/5 stars but this time was a different experience. We got picked up on time from H10 Tenerife Playa by one of two minibuses that arrived together. We then drove literally around the corner to Be live Oratava hotel where the driver then passed his phone so a passenger could read on translate that we were being taken to the Casablanca apartments to be transferred to another coach?
After disembarking we were told the bus would arrive within the next ten minutes. After a very hot and concerning half hour it did eventually arrive. We then went around several other hotels to do pick ups.
By the time we eventually arrived at the airport several passengers were literally desperate for the bathroom!
I am wondering what the reason was
for this bizarre situation and as a
regular customer is this going to be
standard practice ???”
“So I nervously booked my airport/hotel shuttle transfer online. I hadn't heard of HolidayTaxis before booking and was a little apprehensive on whether it would all work out, or had I just thrown way £31. I could not have been happier with the experience. Shortly after I disembarked from the plane I receive a call from the company saying they were waiting outside arrivals for me, and within 20 minutes of my getting my bags, I was on the bus to Salou. For the return journey, again I was a little nervous that I was not entirely sure how it would work, but the day before my return I received a text message to confirm the time and pick up point. This worked perfectly well!!
So if I had one recommendation, it would be to explain the above (excellent) process at the time of booking. It would have taken away my (what proved to be) unnecessary concerns over whether it would work or not.”
“I always use holiday taxis with no issues. A good price, sorted a booking error on my part easily and no problem. I have used the company at least 6 times, always happy.
My transfer this time in Bulgaria was not good. Hard to find at the airport as the company they were using had the smallest sign ever. When it was time for transfer to collect me from my hotel to return me back to the airport. The online time I was given was 7.45pm by 8pm no one had arrived. I got reception at my hotel to call they said it would be 8.30 by 8.38 still no transfer. I went on another company transfer as they felt sorry for me and only just got to my gate with 10minutes spare.”

It works better as it gives you more time in your hotel, not travelling to pick other people, no long waits as they put there baggage on a coach.”

Am Donnerstag früh 2.55 Uhr wollte mich der Fahrer beim Panda Rosa Hotel abholen. Um 7 Uhr ging mein Flieger Aber es kam niemand mich abholen. Gegen 3.20 Uhr habe ich die Notfall Nr. angerufen und erklärt, daß ich warte, Ihr meine Referenz-Nr. und Telefon Nr. mitgeteilt. Sie wollte sich drum kümmern. Aber es kam niemand !!!!! Ich mußte alleine zurecht kommen. Obwohl ich gebucht, die Buchung bestätigt und bezahlt hatte. Nie wieder Holiday Taxis !!!!!!”
“Superb service, highly recommended. When my family and I arrived in Turkey, the minibus we hired was ready and waiting for us. The driver was exceptionally helpful with the luggage and provided a safe journey to our hotel in Dalyan. Our return journey was even better. The driver collected us spot on time. He was very friendly and gave all five of us a bottle of iced water for the journey. He then stopped and bought us all an ice lolly. This is a first class service and we will definitely use them whenever we travel abroad.”
