“The airport transfer from the hotel was below par. The driver arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time. I called the front desk 5 times to get information about when the transfer would pick me up. The front desk employee was below par. He was not helpful, he did not answer the phone when I called them several times. My phone bill increased because I made an international call. I slept on the street for 1 hour, no one gave me any information, this caused me stress because they came to pick me up 2 hours before the plane left. I travel regularly with Holiday taxis, but this has never happened to me. I am deeply upset with the way they handled my case.”
