“Absolutely abysmal.
Took 3 and half hours foe a 40 min journey. Driver went to hotels that had no one to get off.
On way back to airport we were picked up far too early it seems we were alongside passengers that were flying out a hour earlier than us. Never again.”
“At the turn was great and in time …but at arrival to Tunis we needed to wait 2 hours to get a driver and they let us wait in the burning sun for 45 minute outside the parking in the end get a bus and at drop by the hotel the driver expect to get tips….unbelievable 🤷♂️”
“Transfer to my hotel was super. I was alone and within 25 minutes I reached the hotel. For the way back the bus was later but also there was enough time.”
“Our driver was waiting in the airport despite us having to wait approx 1hr to get through passport control and collect our suitcases. We always use holiday taxis whenever we go on a city break as their service is great. We have used them numerous times in different countries.”
“The taxi ride on from Palma Airport on 2nd September to the hotel was exactly what I was hoping for, and expected.
The taxi ride back from the hotel on 12th September from the hotel couldn’t have been more different. The taxi was 10 minutes late in arriving (after us getting to the hotel reception 15 minutes early as requested) and the ride was hair-raising, to say the least. For the first 15 minutes or so I thought the driver could have lost control and left the road at any moment. He was constantly changing hands on the steering wheel, talking (to me, seemed quite excitedly and animatedly) on his mobile, and fiddling and alternately looking at his mobile and the sat-nav - and at one time may have momentarily not even had a hand on the steering wheel at all. For the remainder of the journey, he may not have been on his mobile but I felt less than safe to say the least and it was a relief to get out at the airport – and my wife was really shaken up. I actually said to my wife that I wondered whether or not he was on some sort of medication but she was more benevolent and thought he may have just been a bit late in getting up.”
“Firstly our flight number was incorrect on our paperwork. I received a phone call the night before informing me it had all been changed & sorted. Left the airport found the driver straight away. Returning to the a airport I received a text message the night before and the driver was 5 minutes early. Would highly recommend, great service.”
