“Taxi was not waiting for us when we arrived at airport and we waited around for the driver to show up. Return journey was great (driver on time and clean vehicle) so experience was a mixed bag.”
“Easy to book. Full clear details re location to meet at the arriving airport. Lovely local staff and the driver was there waiting. Excellent - very happy to recommend Holiday Taxis. Thank you.”
“Transfer from airport to hotel was fantastic, driver Amine was lovely and informative. Return transfer not so much, was 45 mins late and we had to call head office as he didn't answer the phone. Not great when you have a very early flight”
“Late again by 47 minutes, emergency number and agent number did not work, really bad communication. Then when I did get to the chat line I was told to book another car or taxis to get me to the airport. But I had no money left! Luckily holiday taxis came. This caused me anxiety and stressed me out.”
“Excellent service!!
Our inbound flight was 2hrs late but our friendly driver was waiting with a warm welcome. Safe efficient transfers with professional drivers both smartly dressed. Punctual and accommodating. Cars were clean and comfortable.
Would definitely use this service again.”
“Dropped off at camping Benidorm when it should have been camping Villamar. It was raining and we got very wet walking to Villamar reception. My partner has difficulty walking and was in some pain. Asked the driver to go to Villamar reception but he refused. Not sure we will use this company again.”
“we waited over 45 mins past the initial departure time before we actually set off upon arrival to Tunisia.
The transfer was late over 30 mins leaving us with limited time in the airport, we were rushed and unable eat before having to board our flight”
“Op de heenreis bracht de taxichauffeur ons naar het verkeerde adres, hij kon ook geen Engels.
Op de terugreis daagde de eerste taxichauffeur niet op. Na ons telefoontje naar Holiday Taxis kwam een tweede chauffeur na ongeveer een half uurtje. Hierdoor waren we een stuk later dan gepland op de luchthaven.”
