“The transfer from our hotel never turned up. We rang them 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there and they said they were on the way. They then put me on hold for 10 minutes only to come back to me to tell me that we'd already been picked up, even though we were still there waiting for the transfer!!! They then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“The instructions for finding the driver at the airport were fairly clear, so that wasn't a problem (and the driver was really nice.) On the other hand, DISMAL service for the return to the airport. No pickup time was ever given, certainly not according to the instructions. I called the emergency number and got a very grumpy person. When I didn't see the driver coming I got the hotel receptionist to call. Got picked up in a private car, not a van.”
