The perfume doesn't smell even for 5 minutes... I don't think it's original 🙄 I ordered matte lipstick, but it didn't come matte...

I ordered some sunglasses and I think somewhere along the line my address wasn’t completed properly…no fault of yous but I have had no contact from yourselves as the tracking number is now saying sent back to sender. Ok price but the taxes when you buy them from an EU-country becomes more expensive. Would only buy products that are hard to find och does not excist in my own country. Brexit was a really lousy idea 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Hogies, i am impressed with ease of ordering and super quick delivery. I bought the travel size Moroccan oil dry shampoo for dark tones which is pretty bad. The can disappears after 2 days use and besides leaving a whitish residue on my scalp, which felt unpleasant, did not otherwise work. I won’t be purchasing this item again and would actually like my money back

The parcel delivery took quite a long time from the moment of ordering and payment, it was 10 days. I received an email about a delay of shipping because of unspecified reason. The order came correctly, they even included candies. Thanks) But there is a moment, the hand soap arrived open. It feels like it has already been used before it was sent. The liquid appears to be much less than what would normally be in a full bottle of product. Dear Hoggies, please check the products before sending, because opened products can also spill into the box.

Thought I was ordering Lancome Idole 100ml Eau De Parfum & Make Up Gift Set. However, when it arrived all the packaging stated that the Eau de Parfum was only 50ml. On checking with Hogies it was apparent that their web page incorrectly stated the size. The web page has been updated to correct size but if you search for 100ml, Hogies still show on search.

Arrived promptly but not like my usual product - Lancome Defincils Noir. Thicker consistency to the product when new. I wouldnt buy from here again

I bought and received six hand soaps. Four were somewhat open and leaked slightly all over the bottle. Two were closed tight. There was no cellophane seal on them. All soap liquid was about an inch or so from the top. Usually, Bath and Body Works soap goes up to the very top of the bottle and is cellophaned, so it was odd that these six bottles were not completely full and cellophaned shut. I tried the soap, and it feels and smells correct. I was glad I could find this soap somewhere because it is my fav favorite smell. Very fast shipping!

Ordered online a nailpolish as a gift, but on arrival the parcel was empty. Only cardboard container no content. Phoned about the issue immediately. Still investigating, but no update yet.

When a product is in a damaged box we include text in the header which says 'Blemished Box' and in the description to explain that: 'Products may have dents, marks, be unsealed or have no box, and that they may not be suitable to give as a gift, but are perfect for our personal use.' I bought two foundations same colour but the packaging was written different and on the actual product one was black with number on one clear so not sure if these are genuine legit LancĂ´me products????
