“First order was sent quickly but wrong colour. Customer service was helpful and sent a return label. As soon as I sent photo of posting return a replacement was posted. Shame they didn’t get it right first time but they rectified quickly. I will use Hogies again as they were good value.”

“Recently bought as you say from yourselves and received my perfume on time but was then sad to see a few days later you had offered a further 20% discount on orders which would have saved me £24 on my purchase gutted is an understatement would he nice gesture if you could reimburse the money I could have saved .”

“Thanks for the speedy delivery. It's only fortunate that the parcel only just stood up to completely not falling apart travelling across the other side of the world. Two of the body lotion lotions lids had popped open due to a damaged box and the creams had released about a qtr of the contents. May I suggest next time extra padding and tapping closed the lids when travelling so far and becoming squashed with obviously many other packages.”
