“Clear pros and cons on this modern style auction. Agents not putting full facts to sellers or buyers about this process. Recent experience with agent valuing where agent would not clarify the downsides to buyers. A a seller I don't feel comfortable putting that pressure onto a first time buyer for example -it's quite ludicrous except for experienced investors. I do think this info youve provided should be a mandatory inclusion on a buyers pack online.”
