“It's a very very useful website. They should have an app or something that ranks homebuilders according to their response to snags, after-sale support, frequency of snags etc. We've just started the homebuying process and I'm appalled at the percentage of buyers complaining of serious snags, poor after-sales service etc. Home Owners Unite!”

“They say buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful things in life, it is. At least this website is here to give practical advice on buying a house, what it doesn't do is help with greedy agents who over-inflate prices for eager sellers only to have a survey which turns out to reveal a multitude of issues for the seller to then pull any negotiation because they think their house is worth more!”
