“Yes absolutely, your HOA website it amazing! My partner and I wish to renovate our entire home and were feeling very apprehensive about it all and while we are still feeling the need to be cautious, the guidance and information provided is excellent. We are no longer completely daunted and now feel that we are able to start to plan and map out exactly how we will go about our home renovation. Thanks to HOA : D”

“It's a very very useful website. They should have an app or something that ranks homebuilders according to their response to snags, after-sale support, frequency of snags etc. We've just started the homebuying process and I'm appalled at the percentage of buyers complaining of serious snags, poor after-sales service etc. Home Owners Unite!”

“They say buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful things in life, it is. At least this website is here to give practical advice on buying a house, what it doesn't do is help with greedy agents who over-inflate prices for eager sellers only to have a survey which turns out to reveal a multitude of issues for the seller to then pull any negotiation because they think their house is worth more!”
