“Tremendously useful I have plans to build an extension and I took on an architect from the News paper his fees was 1,200 +20% vat, then ask for about 300-.400 for the council tax fees. I do not agree with his design he block , the light after an initial chat I mentioned I am not happy with a room at the back , he draw his plan and block the light. I told him I would not use his work after looking at the plan, and he sent the Bill of over eight hundred pounds to pay for the drawings.”

“I've not sold our property for 35 years so needed to catch up! HOA provided a wealth of information on selling techniques. Their section on how to decide which high street estate agent to choose and whether I should use an online estate agent was especially useful. I also got quick feedback by email from Paula, the HomeOwners Alliance CEO.”

Helpful Report

“It was excellent. Useful to have something up to date too. Easy to follow, divided into appropriate sections. Lots of useful links. Some very valuable calculation and contact options for services such as solicitors, estate agents, removal companies. Impressed. Wish I had found it earlier - 2 weeks in and had already made a big mistake which would have been avoided if I had found the site before commencing the process. It is 26 years since i bought and sold, so really need the help the website is providing.”
