“Tremendously useful I have plans to build an extension and I took on an architect from the News paper his fees was 1,200 +20% vat, then ask for about 300-.400 for the council tax fees. I do not agree with his design he block , the light after an initial chat I mentioned I am not happy with a room at the back , he draw his plan and block the light. I told him I would not use his work after looking at the plan, and he sent the Bill of over eight hundred pounds to pay for the drawings.”
