“Really useful, clear and helpful info to refer to which I'm passing onto our 1st time buying kids! Many thanks and EVERYONE who is buying a residential property should read this - even if you have bought or sold before! A lot of the "professionals" (especially the Legal side) try to keep you in the dark about the actual process they are following - I had a Buyer's Solicitor refusing to apply for Local Authority Searches (just before the 1st Lockdown too) until EVERYTHING else was in place and ready for exchange - why? Just because that is how he did it apparently - held exchange up for both parties by x 3 weeks..and only just got done in time before the Lockdown was in place!”
