“Where do I even start- had seen a car they’d advertised on Facebook & despite reading all their bad reviews (for which there are many!) I thought the garage couldn’t really be that bad. How wrong I was. Called to make an appointment to view the car, when I arrived they couldn’t find the car I was there to see. Over half an hour passed when they’d eventually located it. Despite knowing I was coming to view it they hadn’t bothered to clean it or prepare it in any way. The car battery was flat as was the central locking key. After much palaver the salesman eventually worked out how to take the fob apart & unlock the car- but I wish he hadn’t! The car was filthy on the outside which was instantly off putting but when the guy opened the door the overwhelming stench of dog was unbearable & the inside looked like the council had been using it to empty their rubbish collections. Don’t dismiss the bad reviews & waste your time like I did.”
