“PLEASE READ THIS….. Long story short I’m going through a dispute which the motor onbusmen. I was sold a car that was not fit for purpose to the tune of £5500 for a new CVT gearbox. On the test drive the guy who took me out should not have been allowed to be on a car with a test drive, he was waiting a court date for driving at excessive speed. The car I was testing juddered at a roundabout and he told me it was me getting used to an automatic. They didn’t reply to emails , phone calls… nothing. Serviced and Checked before collection.. I don’t think so!. They now have not responded to the Motor Onbusmen. Absolute robbers…. Stay away!!! I didn’t read reviews when I went to them and I wish I had done. Not one care for after sales. This has left my 80 year old mum out of pocket as she gave me the money to buy it for my 50th Birthday. I will take you to small claims if this doesn’t get resolved and you will not win not only that you lose your credibility with the Motor Ombudsman.”
