“LS69CNZ VW Passat. I bought and paid for this car but had to point out it had a partial deflated tyre. this would be investigated before it was delivered on 2nd December.the car was serviced I was told. the car was not delivered at the agreed time, after 4 phone calls but getting nowhere i had to have a taxi to go and pick it up. 2 days later a screen massage said I was losing pressure, nail in the tyre, new tyre, was promised £40 towards it., this has so far not materialised. On 8th December I set out to visit Cumbria, about 120 miles up the motorway a screen message told me to check the oil level, I added oil , some service!!!”
