“If there was one word I could use for this company is SHAMBLES from the start. Reserved a car for £99 and booked test drive for 4 days prior. They had not prepared the car for viewing at all. It had multiple deep and light scratches across all panels and alloys and had not been valeted or made any effort for a paying customer. The hybrid car had not been charged so we could only test drive part of the car which was only 5 minute test drive. We had also been waiting around for over 2 and half hours to get a 5 minute test drive watching Ash serve several other customers at the same time even though we had a booked appointment with Ash. Overall would not recommend this company to anyone, not trustworthy in the slightest.”
