He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me plenty of useful information without making me feel rushed. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. His positive attitude and experience gave me confidence, and he made me feel welcome before I had even stepped into the dealership.When I arrived for my appointment, Paul greeted me right away with a huge smile and a warm welcome. It was great to see the same level of customer service in person that I had experienced over the phone. He made me feel comfortable immediately and took the time to talk with me about the car-buying process, which can honestly be pretty stressful at times.Paul reassured me throughout the entire process and made everything feel simple and straightforward. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and he explained everything clearly. We went for a test drive, and his confidence and professionalism helped put me at ease. I never felt pressured—just supported in making the right decision.After the test drive, I told him how much I liked the car.
