“Great service although could the Denosumab have been packaged differently? Do you not have facilities to send cold chain with the huge amount of packaging we then need to dispose of?”

Hi Sarah, Thank you very much for your review, it is much appreciated! Our priority with our cold chain packaging is ensuring that the goods are delivered safely and at the correct temperature. This involves insulated packaging which is, by nature, bulky. We do offer a free collection service of this packaging so that it can be reused. “Although customer services are very helpful and quick to reply, Im finding so many products seem to be out of stock or on back order of late, extremely annoying as we have to left stocks run low to almost gone here due to storing and ensuring products are not going out of date etc”
