“Highways is always such a welcoming store. Whenever I visit - be it at Christmas, or anytime of the year - I never fail to be amazed by the wonderful choice you have on offer;something for everybody. The cafe and restaurant are super too. Judi and Vicky who I often have a chat with, are so friendly and approachable- they are both ⭐️ staff members! This year, I must congratulate you on your totally amazing Christmas display. It’s always super but it seemingly gets better year on year. Who needs Notcutts 😉Thank you Gill Allen”

“Good Old Fashioned Customer Service - has always been the Case - especially with the Roy Family - Roys has never lost that Family feel - ive worked for Roys twice in my life time - they have always been excellent to work for and excellent as a customer - I miss seeing old Mr Roy though - he was always so funny and made me laugh .”

“Actual item purchased was incorrect to description provided but this was manufacturer error and was accepted anyway. Most impressed with conversations with Highway Garden Centre and purchased second item. Delivery prompt and support excellent. Will continue to deal with HGC and recommend.”
