They operate from a distribution centre in Devon where many products are available for next day dispatch from stock.

“The staff were brilliant, helped me with questions at the time and after purchase. I knew what I wanted so they were able to match my requirements with what that had to sell. Fantastic”

“excellent service. When I enquired the bed was out of stock. I was kept informed when the bed would be available and was delivered very quickly. This has transformed our office/spare room into an office/guest room with a proper bed. The room is quickly transformed into a bedroom.”

“We bought the Next bed because we just couldn't afford for our bedroom space to be taken up with a bed all the time - and it has been an excellent decision. Hideaway Beds were great to deal with, the bed arrived exactly when they said and worked just how we expected. I was a little concerned that a bed that is largely metal might creak when you sit on it or roll over, but it is completely solid.”

“When I had the beds fitted they were fitted with one velcro strap each. No buckles. I was newly widowed and exhausted, and didn't react. I got my handyman to order and fit the second set of straps each bed needed, properly. These recent straps are to replace the initial velcro strapping that was destroying bedding. The beds are very good. The latest straps were sent to me efficiently and helpfully. The first strap, on each bed, was a disaster. Hence the three stars, not five.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. A bedding strap would have / should have been included by our manufacturer with your original order. Had you or your fitter come back to us to advise it was missing we would have sent this out immediately free of charge. Unfortunately unless issues are reported to us then we have no idea about them and can only assume everything is in order. We completely appreciate your personal situation at the time as to why you were not in a position to contact us, but please be assured had you contacted us we would have resolved the issue for you. “Comes flat pack instructions easy to follow (instructions say 2 man construction). Just be aware max load weight for single is 90kg. approx 14.5 stone or 198lbs. The provision of work table and shelf is a great benefit to crafters and study. Easy to lower and raise. All in all a great purchase.”
