Established for over twenty five years, Hideaway Beds pride themselves on supplying innovative space saving furniture and delivering excellent customer service, which is why they have built the reputation as the UK’s premier wall bed specialist.

Hideaway Beds work with many furniture manufactures, joiners, architects, interior design practices and retail customers all over the UK and abroad to supply space saving furniture and wall bed mechanisms for both domestic and commercial application. They operate from a distribution centre in Devon where many products are available for next day dispatch from stock.

“I recently purchased a Murphy bed frame from Hideaway Beds, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The frame was incredibly easy to assemble, with clear instructions that made the whole process straightforward. Once set up, the bed is surprisingly comfortable, it feels just as supportive as a traditional bed, which was a pleasant surprise for a foldaway design. What really sets Hideaway Beds apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. Every interaction I had with the team was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. “Excellent service and can speak to a human for advice, that to me in this day and age is a huge bonus. The bed was assembled by a professional tradesman which took some time because I wanted to have the unit close to wall and leave as little gap as possible therefore the skirting had to be removed, but I am delighted with the outcome. The quality of the unit is very good and I’m delighted.”

“Exceptional customer service and support. Michael was invaluable and supportive, even going to the extent of recommending installers. The unit itself is just as I imagined. There were a couple of chipped areas- most likely due to handling during storage and delivery. The only improvements could be a firmer, rigid backing to the back of the bed, and the magnetic door closures could be stronger. Overall, I am extremely happy with the level of customer service from Hideaway beds and the quality of the product. It is quiet an expensive purchase - but defiantly worth it.”

“Right from the start of the process, dealing with things online, proved to be very easy. We got the quotes and additional information quickly and once we had decided on everything, the order was easily done by telephone. Our bed and unit came within a couple of weeks, as they were in stock and the headboards came quicker than expected, given they were being hand made in Turkey. We love our new bed and it fits in perfectly in the room and looks very chic with the double headboard.”
