Hideaway Beds work with many furniture manufactures, joiners, architects, interior design practices and retail customers all over the UK and abroad to supply space saving furniture and wall bed mechanisms for both domestic and commercial application. They operate from a distribution centre in Devon where many products are available for next day dispatch from stock.

“We had a great experience from start to finish ordering from Hideaway beds, the team kept us updated every step of the way with regular delivery updates via email and text message. Delivery was straight forward and the boxes were handled with care. Assembly wise, we had no problems and the main carcass was quick to assemble. The main part to remember is if your floors and/or wall is not level to pack these out so the unit sits as level as possible. Overall we are really pleased with our Hideaway bed, our son reports that the bed and mattress is really comfortable.”

“Truely excellent company to deal with - the staff are professional and incredibly helpful, and always called back when they promised to .... They managed to get the bed frame delivered within 2 days in ample time for pre-christmas assembly which I found very impressive. I bought a UK double Next Bed frame and I had worried it might be a little rickety, but the base and mechanism are really well designed and very solid - it feels like sleeping in a normal bed, with no rattles or movement. The bed mattress is 25 cm deep, and the folding mechanism worked absolutely fine with that. Great company and well-designed, solid product - totally recommend”

“The communication with Hideaway beds was first-class, with lots of advice and help with the ordering. Delivery was quick and timely and the construction was straight forward and easier than expected. The bed has transformed my daughters (small) bedroom into a useable space and folding the bed away couldn't be easier for her and takes seconds. If you have a small room and are short of space, this is the solution and is highly recommended.”

“We have revised our review on Hideaway Beds due to their kind offer of replacing the ill fitting mattress with the correct size, free of charge. They have acted in a professional and fair manner we can now confirm that we have been happy with all aspects of their customer care . The product was as described and of good quality and delivery was on schedule . Since our initial complaint they have resolved our issue and have been very helpful and professional. We can highly recommend this company.”
