“We have been buying supermarket free range chickens, as buying free range is important to us. Sadly, the flavour wasn’t there and the cooked chickens were often dry in texture. We then found Herb Fed, who also had an online shop and, could deliver from Yorkshire down to us in Staffordshire. We placed our order, which arrived the next morning at our front door, cool and package all intact. We later roast one of the Herb Fed chickens for dinner. What an unbelievable taste, full of flavour, moist and as they should be. We are hooked!”

“The best chicken I have ever bought. It's the highest welfare, best reared poultry money can buy yet it is such good value. I cannot recommend highly enough for taste, quality, value for money and amazing ethics. I will never use anyone else again. Thank you everyone at HFC 😀”

“I thought the presentation of the boxed chicken very good, however i had to defrost the bag of diced chicken to freeze in smaller portions. This was the only part of order frozen. So far we have had one whole chicken good flavour but not as gamey as i imagined.”
