“Not always the cheapest with everything, but the rapid dispatch, communications, and general service make it one of the best retailers out there and make it difficult to go wrong. They offered a return and refund on a knife I'd had for 4 or 5 months that I wasn't quite happy with. Turned out it just needed breaking in but it's good to know that I had a backup option if I wasn't quite happy with the quality.”

“Usual great heinnie service and an excellent little knife, but I have to drop one star as it was VERY stiff to open any blade - they can only be opened with another tool which reduces usability”
