“The item received which is boxed by the maker was not as described or pictured so a 3*. Not HHs issue to be fair. However the customer service when I highlighted the issue was a 5*. They sent the missing item immediatley even though it wasn't their issue but the items maker. Well deserved 5”

“Brillliant little knife for UK carry. Discreetly fits in my back pocket with the handy clasp and mostly used to open packages and cut fruit! Arrived very quickly too. It’s my second knife purchased and all in all very pleased with the whole purchase and delivery process.”
