“Always fantastic service, placed the order and received the item next day :) Great communication and speedy dispatch from Heinnies I would buy everything from them if they sold it :) Only comment is the extra cost for age verification, is the courier’s problem but when they charge more for the service I’d expect it to be done, not only did they not ask for ID they handed the package to my 3 year old son who opened the door.”

“Multitool I ordered wasn't delivered. I requested it be dropped at the local UPS drop point for collection but the delivery got refused by the drop point for no apparent reason. Heinnie Haynes contacted me and offered to send another next day but I had already bought from another supplier so they have provided a refund. Excellent customer service from HH and I will use again”

“Fantastic service quick.but DPD useless 4 days to deliver next day and no refund and lies saying we will deliver sat never arrived then told Mon driver went home at 1700 saying tried to deliver CCTV shows no u never.a dark pic in the back of his van.”

“The knife was delivered very efficiently. It came well packaged. The original box is of cardboard and was undamaged. The knife came with a very nice thick leather sheath. The knife itself is full tang with a very nice wooden handle which was quite comfortable in the hand. The knife was well balanced in the hand with a good weight. It came sharp. I am very happy with my purchase.”
