“Great selection and service but needs cheaper shipping options. The shipping fees, even for orders that don’t require age verification, are pretty steep and put me off ordering more often. Still, impressive range of products and no complaints on the service. Very prompt dispatch.”

“Excellent business with a terrific assortment, loyalty schemes, great guidance from staff and swift delivery and logistics. Love the range of kit that is available from HH and their own unique partner products they create with leading brands. Never had an issue with anything bought or a delivery. Called once for advice on a particular tool and was given very helpful, real world suggestions that actually encouraged me to go for a lower priced option than I'd been considering. My only regret is these folks have no physical stores as I'd probably browse in there all day every day.”
