“Good products prompt delivery. I felt a bit duped as at checkout had used my account rewards and then was not eligible for the sale discount so lost out on it. Customer service explained and did send me a new discount code credit to them BUT it didn’t really help with delivery charging / returning or cancelling delivery so I kept the order. I am sure is in line with their policies so can’t grumble. Just feels a bit unfair.”
