“Great selection of outdoor clothing and delivery is free and fast. Even there returns system is easy to use and they issue refunds straight away, returned an item they refunded the same day they got it back. If you need to phone them they answer within a couple of rings and are very polite and helpful.”

“I placed an order to my home address, but was struggling to get it delivered due to the age verification process. I spoke to Olly who went above and beyond and managed to send it to a local pick up point and I had the product the next day. Fantastic customer service.”

“My new knife was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition, the knife itself is really good and a legal carry which is what I was after this time, the blade steel seems very good and it was sharp out of the box, I have not had to sharpen it but that will be no problem when I do as I have decent diamond sharpeners and a couple of good stopps”

“The knives we ordered - a sunfish, an elephant toe were in excellent condition so we ordered another one - a clasper. What’s more, on both occasions we received the products the next day. The last one was ordered Friday afternoon and with us on Saturday morning. What an excellent service.”
