“I'm comfortable browsing the HH store website. I don't feel pressured, I don't feel like an oddball. I buy presents and I buy for myself. They have a great range including kitchen knives too. Customer service is brilliant, kind and helpful and I like that it's based in Cardiff. It goes without saying that the products are second to none.”

“My only experiences with Heinnie Haynes have been fabulous with the team there really knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I’ve placed a number of orders this year and they have all come through the following day, absolutely correct and full of great kit. I know of no better store whether it is for camping, collecting or just choosing the best outdoor equipment on the market. Heinnie should always be the number ONE choice - they totally deserve it”

“Having bought from Heinnie Haynes before, I was expecting hassle free purchasing (with automatic age verification - I am, after all, 55 years old) great service, prompt delivery and high quality items. I was not disappointed! Yes, prices are at the premium end of the market but the high level of service make Heinnie Haynes a ‘go to’ site for me. Quality Experience All Round.”
