“The ‘Sailors clasp knife’ has replaced one identical I bought as a young Boy Scout from Baden Powell House in London 1969. From spotting it on your website to holding it took no time at all. A very efficient service throughout.”

“Found your website,i was looking forward to purchasing different types of knives,as i collect them, however DHL who you use as the carrier have lost my purchase, so dissapointed,i am starting the procedure for reimbursement,until you change your carrier as DHL cant be trusted i will not be making any purchases. “Great choice on the website and lovely guys to deal with. The 3 stars are because they got my order wrong and send me the wrong knife. They did offer to exchange it but honestly no time to sort that out, I'll keep the one I didn't want, although frustrating.”

“Fast and solid service . . . Pls allow me to share a small improvement. I bought 3 pcs Mercury Swiss type knife for my friends as gifts. I wish to see some leather sheath with the knives . At least they can provide a sellable option with the items during the buying process. Besides all products are highly beautiful and nice.”

“Happy with the knife thank you. Perfect condition. Also top level customer service. I had an issue with the courier which was totally not hennie haynes fault, and they were friendly and helpful and sorted it out straight away for me, sending me out another with a different courier while the original item was recalled from the first courier. We run a shop ourselves and when we deal with a company that has customer service like the service we take pride in providing at our business, it does not go unnoticed. Thankyou.”
