“Excellent customer service. When my item was 'lost' by DHL there was no hesitation in a replacement being immediately resent via a different carrier which was received by me the next day. Thank you.”

“I have been dealing with Heinnie Haynes for many years on and off, the service they provide today is the same that they have always provided, second to none. From the outset thier attention to detail and customer service has been exemplary they are to be applauded for maintaining the highest standards, not just when things go well, but when things go wrong, if a product is not 100% they will change it without question, if it not what you expected they will refund you, subject to the item being unused of course. Heinnie Haynes are the best online supplier of anything that I have encountered. Alan Crookes”

“I have had over 20 years shopping with Hiennie Haynes ,a superb range of products, excellent customer service coupled with good honest advice over their entire range makes them to my mind the best store on the internet .The perfect place for all your outdoor needs from clothing and back packs ,to knives and camp cooking stoves,flash lights and lanterns and everything in between .
