“10/10 service as usual. I love this knife, I was worrried it might be too small as I have huge hands, but the ergos are brilliant and it fits very well. Opening and closing is a joy to use, even better with no half stop! Fit and finish is just walnut you expect. There are some poor reviews around this knife not sure why!? In my opinion it is expensive for the size”

“Not the first purchase. Not the first review. Basically I’ve never had any issues although I would feel happier if free post was offered across the board. Actual purchase of 2 x knives as painless as normal. Good customer service unless you propose a discount or free post. Still polite but firmly - no. Brian. Hove. November 2023.”
