“I am delighted with knife that I ordered, but I waited in all day for the parcel and it did not arrive. It transpired that the delivery person called at number 33 castlegate and not number 35. 35 was stated clearly on all order forms and delivery note. I had to wait for the parcel the next day, and so I wasted my weekend waiting for delivery.”

“H/H was great as always, I received it fast and undamaged. The only reason I gave 3 stars the prices I've bought a lot of knives from H/H over the last 20 year but the last 3 year I've bought one knife a year. As the prices as gone through the roof, and if you shop around you can find them cheaper elsewhere on the net.”

“Excellent products from HH. I was let down by Royal Mail. Normally I receive any purchases from HH the next day but my local Royal Mail delivery is in a dire state! A week to deliver a letter sized parcel. I’m definitely going for tracked postage/courier next time. However that being said, great support from Heinnie Haynes. Thank you!”
