“All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Packaging is top notch. What they may not know / sure of they find out. If they say they’ll call you back they do. It sounds so simple and obvious, however we all know far too many companies that simply don’t get this. Often called ‘old fashioned service’ by those old enough to remember buying items prior to the internet. But then, as the saying goes, ‘if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it’. A huge thank you to all at Heinnie Haynes.”

“After I PAID for my purchase, I was bombarded with nagging threats to "verify" my age. This was done when the purchase was made. Now, I believe my package has not shipped -- according to DHL -- though I received a confirmation from HH that my package was on its way. It's been there since the 27th of Sept (it's now October 3rd). Disappointing.”

“When dpd failed to deliver and didn't even try, I rang your customer service and the lady there didn't hesitate...she got another knife and sent it via dps and it arrived the next day. Wonderful service”

“This is the third email I received asking for feedback about on this company, but I’m happy to do oblige. I’m very new to the outdoor/survival type gear, just starting out gathering a EDC kit, bought a few things from here to get me started, however, because of the vast products available, I get distracted and fill my wish list with all sorts of products I want, and I save up every couple of weeks and order. Very happy, the products are quality and so is the service. Very very happy.”

“Excellent service, very fast dispatch and delivery, my purchase was due in three days, it arrived within 22 hours of ordering, of course that's with a lot of luck but if they didn't get things out so fast it couldn't happen. Always helpful, prompt and knowledgeable when answering enquiries. If more companies had customer service as good as this buying online would be a far more enjoyable experience.”

“Great company who i have bought items from before .... however .... i am waiting at home for the 5 th day in a row for an item i bought last week .... the delivery company DPD are totally hopeless .... H.H. gav up using Royal mail earlier this year so customers are at the mercy of private couriers who in my experience are totally unreliable”

“I have bought items from Heinnie Haynes many times and they have a hugh range off tactical and outdoor products. The customer service is grand and they delivery service is spot on. I bought a tactical belt as they are less prone to stretching like leather.”
