“I've been a customer of for years and bought various products. The range and choice is of available items is extensive and the when I've needed to contact them for any reason the customer service i received was always 1st class. I will always look to buy a product from them even if I can find it cheaper elsewhere, and I occasionally can the places selling the item cheaper couldn't match the service these guys provide!”

“I don’t normally order the Heinnie Haynes copy’s of other makers knifes, as I don’t like red handled knifes. I made an exception due to the price. Sharp and as good as the original. The big let down was the black spot on one side of the handle and it is a dull grubby red.Too much hassle sending it back, so using it as an EDC.”

“All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Packaging is top notch. What they may not know / sure of they find out. If they say they’ll call you back they do. It sounds so simple and obvious, however we all know far too many companies that simply don’t get this. Often called ‘old fashioned service’ by those old enough to remember buying items prior to the internet. But then, as the saying goes, ‘if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it’. A huge thank you to all at Heinnie Haynes.”
