“Good products prompt delivery. I felt a bit duped as at checkout had used my account rewards and then was not eligible for the sale discount so lost out on it. Customer service explained and did send me a new discount code credit to them BUT it didn’t really help with delivery charging / returning or cancelling delivery so I kept the order. I am sure is in line with their policies so can’t grumble. Just feels a bit unfair.”

“Great service as usual, but was a little disappointed as the photos on item I bought showed the latest version of what I bought, and was expecting. Whereas I got sent the original version of lesser quality .”

“I don't buy from Heinnie Haynes as often as I'd like, but it's always one of the best shopping experiences abroad (I buy from Italy). Easy, fast, and above all, very competitively priced. Plus, a very wide stock that include some out of market pieces! Highly recommended!”
